Refund policy

We offer a 3-day return policy, meaning you have 3 days from receiving your order to request a return.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE:

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven't received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at sales@veyuo.com.
